CANCELLATION POLICY

Listen.. I get it, life happens! Unexpected events can pop up and your schedule may need to change.

But real talk - as a small business, last-minute cancellations have a significant impact on the operation of my business and the ability to serve all my clients effectively. By offering mobile services, my schedule needs to be meticulously curated to accommodate the needs of each client while considering travel time between appointments. To ensure things run smoothly for both you and me, please find my cancellation policy below.


24-Hour Notice: I kindly ask that you provide me with at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows me the opportunity to offer the appointment spot to another client.

12-Hour & Last Minute Notice: If you cancel your appointment within 12 hours of your booked appointment time, you will be charged 50% of your appointment price. This fee is to offset the costs incurred and the impact on my schedule. I understand that unforeseen circumstances arise, and I will assess these situations on a case-by-case basis.

Please note - Habitual last-minute cancellations may result in the full appointment cost being charged or no further appointments being offered.
